  • A Visit to Gelato Classico, San Francisco

This is a guest post from CakeSpy.

When it comes to Gelato, the setting is a big part of the experience. It is, as I like to say, a “strolling food”, so all the better to have sweet surroundings while you stroll and enjoy your treat.

That having been said, in San Francisco, I felt it necessary to try some gelato in the so-italian-it-hurts North Beach. It's touristy, but it's fun. I also love Stella Pastry there, by the way. So after consulting the best source for fast information (um, twitter), I learned that Gelato Classico was theplace to hit. More Here...

  • Nihon Kai Japanese Restaurant

I've been spending way too much money on food since I got my salary. Bad. Anyway, Luffy and I went to check out this Japanese restaurant on Old Klang Road recently.

Nihon Kai Japanese restaurant! Tucked in a hidden corner from the main road and close to the housing area is this little gem of a Japanese restaurant, which opens at 6 for dinner. Despite it's location, which is not in a commercial area, the place was packed with people by 6:15. More Here...

  • Chocolate and Honey Chicken Recipes!

Recently I was talking to a friend of mine (she loves to cook!) and we were talking about the many ways you could enjoy chicken. She suggested adding chocolate during my usual seasoning routine. More Here...

  • Italian Panko and Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

This is a guest post from For The Love of Cooking.

I love quick and simple recipes that taste fantastic and this is one of them.  I combined some Parmesan cheese with Italian seasoned panko crumbs together to make a tasty crust that made these pork chops really delicious.  The pork turned out moist and tender on the inside and crunchy and flavorful on the outside.  We all, kids included, gobbled up these chops and enjoyed each and every bite.  You can’t beat a 6 ingredient recipe that tastes this great!!
