I always seem to go through phases where I am obsessed with certain foods, whether it's something specific or even just a restaurant. For the past couple of months, these are the things that I have wanted to eat every day.

You can seriously put avocados on anything. Lately I've been using them in salads and on top of scrambled eggs. I eat a lot of eggs for dinner, so the avocado helps to make it a more filling meal. Also, have you ever tried avocado on a bagel with cream cheese? No? Try it! It's even better with some bacon on there, too!
I love veggie burgers! They have to be done right, though. There are some good frozen ones out there, but of course they are better when they're homemade. These are 2 of my absolute favorites, I highly recommend them.

I have a weird love for quesadillas, but for some reason I prefer them to be as plain as possible or with just veggies. Chicken or steak quesadillas are good and all, but I tend to really love plain cheese quesadillas. And, I have discovered the best place to get one of these!

From a place called Dorado, which are currently only in Boston and NYC. It's a small place that serves up tacos, quesadillas, and salads, but in my opinion they seem to do everything right. Especially the quesadillas :) You have the option to get either sour cream or a salsa on it, and I almost always choose sour cream. Just cheese and sour cream; perfection! It's surprisingly filling too, these aren't tiny, but they aren't humungous, definitely the right size for a lunch. You could also pair it with one of their many tacos if you are super hungry. I have a hard time not buying one of these every single day.
What foods have you been craving every day? Any new finds that you can't believe you've lived without for this long?

plz blk bean burger recipe
Trader Joe's Roasted Coconut Chips! How could i have gone this long without even knowing they existed. Especially since I'm a self-proclaimed coconut lover. Also, Costcos now sells this dried young coconut that is pretty tasty too. But the chips are slivers of coconut heaven.
i was comfy, reading xanga and ignoring the growl in my tummy. now i have to go feast on something! i cannot make a vegy burger because i am too lazy to google it - so post up a recipe already!
ahhhh finally someone who spells avocado correctly
Basil. I just bought one of those "living basil" plants from the grocery store, and it smells so amazing, that I'm pretty sure I'm going to try to put basil in everything for the next week. Might make some kickass pesto.
omg the avocado with cream cheese and bagel is like...one of my favorite things to eat.
I like avocado on hot dogs, mixed with ketchup for a chip dip, and just plain with a little salt. Mmmm avocados!
Definitely avocados. I cut them in half, pull out the pit and eat them straight from the skin with a spoon. A half a day is my treat...probably one of the reasons I'm eating healthy but don't have the lbs falling off of me. Avocados, almonds and bananas for that matter.
Cilantro is one of my favorites as is pico de gallo.
Sauteed mushrooms with purple onion and a little sriracha on the side is what I want right now.
I am forever craving shrimp.
avocados? i can have them ANY DAY. those quesadillas sound real good right now. boy, i miss boston :(
