This is a guest post from Thibeault's Table.I finally got around to baking these Cranberry Pistachio Shortbreads. Monique (La Table De Nana) made them recently and like everything she makes , they looked so good I knew I had to make them. I just happened to have shelled pistachios and cranberries leftover from Christmas baking.Monique shared a link to the recipe from Joy of Baking.I borrowed Monique's suggestion and drizzled with white chocolate. This cookie could easily become a favourite. Thanks Monique.
