Food trucks are everywhere in New York City and the amount of food trucks in the area seem to be growing everyday.
Hibachi Heaven is known for serving up Asian-style dishes, in the form of a wrap or a bowl.

When you
order, you choose a meat (or tofu), fried or brown rice, and a sauce. It also comes with vegetables, which consist of carrots, cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms and onions. For mine, I chose chicken with brown rice and wasabi infused mayo. It came out to $8.
Unfortunately, the rice in my order was undercooked, which took away from the taste. But everything else, particularly the chicken and sauce, were great. The highlight of any dish from Hibachi Heaven is definitely the sauce. I'm a big fan of spicy foods, so it was only natural to order the wasabi mayo option. You can also choose "heavenly ginger sauce" or "yum yum sauce."
Another bonus about this food truck is that it's different from most of the other trucks you can find in the New York City area (particularly the ones that serve "Halal food"). Oh, and the people running it were very friendly.
What do you think about the growing number of food trucks? Which one is your favorite?
