The obsession with cake pops has taken a new turn...
Also called cake shooters, they're mini layers of cake, frosting, and toppings. They are amazing little food-popsicles. Playing with food dye and frosting colors gives you a chance to make them for all kinds of events. Eating one looks like fun. I'll take 5 please, and I won't feel bad because they're "small."

I think I'm going to try and make these in future. I was really curious to see how you actually can make them, so I looked around and found a pretty easy tutorial to follow at
My Cake School. Go see if you're interested!
Have you ever tried one or made one yourself?

They look fun, but I probably wouldn't trouble myself with that. I'll make a trifle in a glass dish instead.
I like these much better than regular cake pops.
I might be tempted to buy one of these if I see it at a bakery or whatnot. They look more appetizer than cake pops.
There is a show on the Food Network called SugarStars, they make these all the time
I like this..it looks relatively easy, actually. And you don't have to get frosting everywhere like you do (I do) with a cupcake.
