  • Vegan Cookies: The Alternative Baking Company

No, I’m not a vegan. Yes, I love cookies.

There’s just something about vegan baked goodies that taste better than those other ones with unborn baby chickens in them (even though unborn baby chickens are pretty tasty).

The Alternative Baking Company is hands down my favorite (so far) maker of vegan cookies. They have so many flavors to choose from, 15 so far. I still haven’t tried all of them.

They somehow manage to be super soft. I like that they use mini chocolate chips instead of chunky ones. It really changes the texture and flavor when you can pack little bits of chocolate in with each bite.

That’s what was left of my Colossal Chocolate Chip cookie. Another thing I love about these cookies: they’re big.

    Personal favorite: Explosive Espresso Chip

Best with soy milk: Double Chocolate Decadence

Favorite Cookie of the Season: Coconut Macaroon

If you’ve tried them, which is your favorite?
