We have all done it. The ice cream calls to us from the freezer, "We are alone together now, let's have some fun." You think, "I did eat healthy today...and I know I need to lose 15 pounds to fit into my new dress for my cousin's wedding...and I do need to get my butt in gear....I can't do it...oh, actually...tomorrow...I will just start eating healthy then and workout an hour every morning!"The next morning your alarm sounds and instead of that hour long workout you want a loaded breakfast. The toxic cycle starts all over again.
I can't count how many times I have heard other girls say it or said it myself, but it's always "my diet will start tomorrow." There are so many different diets out there. Some good, some not so good. The thing most people don't realize about a diet though is that you are always on a diet. A diet in what you eat everyday. Your diet should always be healthy. If you give in to a sweet treat you shouldn't feel guilty. Just run an extra mile the next day. I am guilty myself of these trendy diets and it's easy to be consumed on a diet-power trip with a group of frantic females.
Most of my very in-shape friends, who maintain their lovely bodies, eat junk food often. They eat healthy almost all the time, but they also workout a lot. My new personal goal is just to maintain a healthy lifestyle and not jump on the tendy diet band wagon again.
What are your thoughts on this? Are you a trendy dieter or do you try to maintain a leveled healthy eating habit?

My boyfriend is really bad about this. I can't tell you how many times he has stated that his diet starts Monday. What's worse is he tries to pressure me into eating crappy food with him. It's been very bad lately and I'm starting to resent him for it :(
I eat a VERY healthy diet! VERY HEALTHY. It's kind of ridiculous! And I NEVER cheat. Ever. Honestly my cheat is over eating SALMON! LOL.
I actually made some rather funny videos about stupid/ fad diets that celebrities endorse and you can find them at: http://youtube.com/user/gigieatscelebrities if you're interested! :)

I like to try new things and see what works for me. I like eating all different kinds of food, which has been a problem in the past.
