Study Confirms: Chocolate Does The Heart Good

Chocolate lovers rejoice: A ten-year study confirms that dark chocolate helps prevent cardiovascular problems such as non-fatal heart attacks and non-fatal strokes.Researchers in Australia, as reported by The Atlantic, studied more than 2,000 subjects who consumed dark chocolate every day over a period of ten years. The study, which was published in the British Medical Journal, found that "chocolate consumption seem to be associated with a substantial reduction in the risk of cardiometabolic disorders."
But if you think this study gives you permission to consume any kind of chocolate, think again! When it comes to cardiovascular health, the darker the chocolate, the better. Generally speaking, dark chocolate has a 60 percent content of cacao. The higher the percentage, the more flavonoids the chocolate contains.
What do you think of these findings?

Excellent.
Interesting. And to think I eat chocolate just because I like how it tastes.
I could have told them that.
Awesome blossom is what I think.
They should force every company to only mass produce dark chocolate in all candy bars.
I believe I've written a similar post to this. It's amazing how much benefits chocolate can have.
