Ice Cream Sandwiches: What's Your Favorite?
Ice cream sandwiches remind me of my dad. Not the fancy ones, just those typical chocolate sandwiched ice creams that come in a box. My dad is a huge ice cream fiend, but whenever he brought home a box of those delicious treats, I knew I had to eat one fast because I would miss my chance and they would be gone before I know it. I would have this whole routine of eating it and it would feel wrong if I didn't eat it the same way every time. I liked eating the sandwich part separately and then taking a few bites of the ice cream, but I wouldn't eat the whole thing like that, there had to be variety in the way I ate it. I'm weird, I know.
I still love ice cream sandwiches, but there are a lot of different varieties out there, I especially like the ones made with cookies. Check out all these different kinds:

Ohmygosh, you eat ice cream sandwiches the same way I do! I would always eat off some of the sandwich part and then take a bite of the whole thing.
I love the good ol' ice cream inbetween two baked cookies. I just had one today with vanilla ice cream inbetween a giant chocolate chip cookies and a giant snickerdoodle cookie.
Although I rarely eat these, my favorites are definitely the tofutti ones.
Original, but now I'm dying to try most of these.
My favorite is the Skinny Cow strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich. They are SOOOOO good!

My favorite flavor of ice cream sandwich is "birthday cake"...you can taste the icing.
The original ones are my favorite. They're especially good when they come in from the car on a hot day and you eat one before it hits the freezer! Or microwave one, just for 10 seconds, with Hershey's syrup on top. Delish! But I've had a Mississippi mud one that was also really good...
