Mother's Day Brunch Ideas

Mother's day always feels like it needs to be celebrated with brunch. I'm not sure why, but having a lazy afternoon in the garden with crepes and mimosas with mom feels just right. Brunch can be an easy meal to put together as long as you prep as much as possible the night before. The last thing you want to do on a Sunday morning is wake up at the crack of dawn to proof bread. Here are a few dishes to try this year for your mother.
1. Bacon, Egg, and Toast Cups
From Martha Stewart
2. Cinnamon Roll Pops
From Love From the Oven
3. Spinach and Cheese Strata
From Annie's Eats
4. Overnight Oats
From Pepper Lynn
5. Mimosas
From Martha Stewart
What are your favorite brunch dishes?

Thanks for the oats tip! And to answer the question: baked potatoes with eggs and a salad.
Zucchini quiche and a french toast bread pudding thing usually goes well for brunches at my house.
ooohhhhh! i'm gonna make those cinnamon roll pops! thanks for sharing!
These all look great. I love doing frittatas, omelets and pancakes with a cinnamon butter and fresh jam/syrup.
