So Many Ways To Enjoy S'Mores

I've always had an unreasonable affection for s'mores. My husband and I even made a s'mores inspired wedding cake for our big day. It's not something I had as a child, so I grew up fantasizing about charred marshmallow and molten chocolate. When I finally did have my first s'more, it didn't disappoint. The process of making them is almost more fun than eating them. I love watching everyone's distinct s'more making techniques. There are two different paths to s'more glory, the slow, golden roast and the fast, hard char. I do not discriminate and have a place in my life for both.
I can't be the only one drawn to this sticky favorite because I came across countless variations on the combo. These are a few of the best takes on this classic.
1. Pop Tart S'mores
From Craftzine
2. S'mores Bars
From The Girl Who Ate Everything
3. S'more Cupcakes
From Bakerella
4. S'mores Blondies
From Sweet Charli
5. S'mores on a Stick
From Creating Couture Parties
6. S'mores Martini
From Dying For Chocolate
Are you a s'mores fanatic like me?

"First you take the graham. You stick the chocolate on the graham. Then, you roast the mallow. When the mallow's flaming, you stick it on the chocolate. Then you cover it with the other end. Then, you stuff. Kind of messy, but good!"
@Grtt@xanga - Perfect description and the marshmallow needs to be flaming and burnt. I love s'mores. I want to eat the s'mores blondies and bars right now.
More s'mores please!
I have a S'mores obsession too. I realized the other day that half of the recipes I pin on Pinterest are S'more related. I can't wait to start making them. I was introduced to S'more poptarts by my high school boyfriend and I still love them and eat them as much as I can stand it. I want to have a S'more station at my wedding reception so people can roast marshmallows and make their own for dessert.
One tip: When making S'mores, try using a Reece's Peanut Butter cup instead of plain hershey bar chocolate (or whatever plain chocolate you prefer). Delicious. I've also used Chips Ahoy cookies in place of graham crackers and chocolate. One summer, my friends and I had a lot of bonfires with S'more fixings so we got experimental.
Yum...can never get bored of them. =)
damn. now I want one.
Oh, yes! These all look amazing and not I want the s'mores blondies. I used to beg my Mom to buy the poptarts.
