  • Caramel Popcorn: A Snack For All Seasons

Caramel popcorn is a year round snack. It doesn't hibernate after the summer season, but continues strong through the Christmas holiday until it erupts back onto the scene for baseball season. I love munching on caramel popcorn. I eat caramel popcorn at the Jersey shore, baseball games, and from huge tin containers at Christmas.

My grandma used to buy me and my siblings the enormous Christmas tins filled with varieties of popcorn. The caramel portion would disappear first.

Johnson's Popcorn thrives on the boardwalk at the Jersey shore in Ocean City, NJ. I have never bought a container of the "world famous" popcorn, but my brother always buys two containers. I successfully mooch of his popcorn every summer.

When I think of baseball, Cracker Jack thoughts fill my head. I have always loved everything about Cracker Jacks.  I liked holding the cardboard box, eating the caramel popcorn, searching for the tasty peanuts inside, and discovering the prize. I will never out grow Cracker Jacks.

Do you like eating caramel popcorn? If yes, where do you get your caramel popcorn from?
