    By: Alain Passard

    In 2001, Alain Passard began cooking all the food in his three Michelin starred restaurant with organically grown vegetables from his farm. This book is a collection of his best vegetable dishes.

    These all look interesting. I don't have any new food reads right now because I am too busy reading for school, but I love the magazines Bon Appetit and Lucky Peach. I also just ordered a culinary history book, a food writing anthology, and On Food and Cooking.
