My Top 5 Favorite Chain Sit-Down Restaurants
Sometimes it's nice to treat yo self, like Tom Haverford and Donna from Parks and Rec. If you don't know what I'm talking about, check this out.
My hometown's really small, and while there's tons of fast food places, there's not a lot of sit-down restaurants. Fortunately, going to school in a bigger city gives me access to a TON of places to eat. Here's my top 5 favorite chain restaurants.
1. Cheesecake Factory
Delicious meal topped off with a decadent piece of cheesecake

2.Carabba's

LOVE Italian food!
3. Outback Steakhouse

Blooming Onion anyone?
4. Cracker Barrel

Being from NC, it's hard not to like a restaurant that serves up all the southern favorites.
5. Chili's

Have you ever tried the Chocolate Chip Molten Lava Cake? So good!
What's your favorite sit-down restaurant?

Are you new? Because I like you. Foodies unite.
I've never been to The Cheesecake Factory, but it's on my "to go to" list. I like In-N-Out, but there's never any room to sit down. D;
Cracker Barrel nommm
WHITE MANAS
welll ok that's not a food chain restaurant but its the BEST!!!
The Spaghetti Factory.
I like Olive Garden.
I love the Cheesecake Factory.
Always wanted to try Carabba's.Wow...almost all of those restaurants are terrible. I hate Cheesecake Factory unless I'm in the mood for cheesecake...then I just get it to go. All the entrees there are way overpriced for mediocre food. When I went to Carrabba's everything was overcooked and dry. Blech. Outback is pretty good as is Cracker Barrel, especially for a cheap breakfast. I'd go almost anywhere else rather than Chili's...except Applebee's.
we went to Outback Steakhouse when we were in the states a few years ago. MM-YUMM!!!
Brilliant Restaurant Info. But while you are in Brighton, UK, don't forget to visit a Brighton Restaurant called Bali Brasserie on the Hove Seafront.
I haven't been to any of these. I've been to olive garden and I ordered this dish that I forgot the name of with asparagus and it had another thing with some type of mushroom sauce and I finished the entire plate. I love crunchy asparagus
Yessss Cheesecake Factory!
My mom and I flew to Flordida last summer and road-tripped from Fort Myers to Washington D.C. We ate at a Cracker Barrel in NC and my mom and I had chicken fried chicken. We're from Las Vegas and, well, let's just say that was the first time we'd had something like that. They know how to cook down South...as well as provide a nice setup for a heart attack! It was good though hahaha.
Every time I see Carrabba's, I think of Mexican or Latin food...not Italian. It just doesn't sound Italian to me. Food says otherwise, though!
Hm, I haven't been to chains much since I started living in Philly. Applebee's is the only place I've been in the last year, and it was yummy. Cheesecake Factory...I was there once and it gets points for having cheesecake of many kinds for dessert.
Wait, duh. IHOP! and Denny's. IHOP because I love breakfast, and Denny's because of pretty much the same and my friends and I can meet up for a 11pm dinner in my small town when I'm back home.
i've never even seen #2 and #4 in my part of california, lol. i've eaten at the rest with friends and they're just alright. although i don't dislike the big chains, i do prefer smaller places. living in san jose means there are always lots of interesting places for food from all over the world, most of which are cheap and delicious.
Outback yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
I was suprised at how good the shepard's Pie was at cheesecake factory when I went, other things I werent impressed by (aside from the cheesecake, but even that was second to local stuff).
I got to say, I like the chains you have on there
Cracker Barrel is good, not much to compare it to.I also like Chuy'sOlive garden Outback Steakhouse
cheesecake factory and chili's are my faves as well! i also enjoy outback. haven't tried the other two though.
Texas Roadhouse. Hands down the BEST place ever.
Chili's is important for me because it's one of the only chain resturaunts that provide a complete and extensive allergen menu, and also have vegetarian alternatives for the boyfriend. :)
I love Chili's, but all the ones in England went into administration and closed :( I miss it!
Olive Garden.
Otherwise I rarely eat at Chain Restaurants.
Once in awhile (usually for my nephews birthday) they always want to go to either Red Robin or Texas Road House, so I'll take them to either one since I allow them to choose. They are OK.
P.S - I hate the cheese cake factory.. yikes. The food is ick and the portions are insanely huge but everyone who visit me wants to go there for some unknown reason, I try to steer them elsewhere if I can.
i dont like cheesecake so i've never been to the cheesecake factory. i dont eat meat so i don't go to outback. i've never been to carrabas. i like cracker barrel and really don't like chilis/tgi fridays or applebees.
I either haven't heard of these places or think they suck!
All NC people should love cracker barrel. mmmm.
unless they are crazy.
crazy crazy crazy.
I've always wanted to try cheesecake factory!! :)
