Chocolate and Honey Chicken Recipes!
Recently I was talking to a friend of mine (she loves to cook!) and we were talking about the many ways you could enjoy chicken. Whether it be fried, baked, grilled or boiled, chicken would always taste great (for those who aren't vegetarians of course), but then she suggested something that I would never think of doing. She suggested adding chocolate during my usual seasoning routine. I thought it was absurd! Never had I heard of something so...bizarre? I love chocolate, but with chicken? Although I'm no stranger to the combinations of sweet and salty (I've eaten orange and lemon chicken) but I couldn't imagine what chocolate chicken would taste like. My friend assured me that I wouldn't regret trying it, in fact she's going to make me some for lunch next time.
But this left me thinking, how would chocolate and chicken taste together? What kind of wacky combination is this?
I decided to investigate! I researched chocolate chicken recipes and I thought it astounding to see so many possibilities with chocolate and chicken!

I've had the Asian Style Baked Honey Chicken before, and it's good. The chicken is not very sweet, just has a light glaze on the outside. I'd go with the Chicken Mole recipe, it looks the most challenging to make right.
Yeah, I've tried Mole a few times. I'm Mexican, & I've tasted amazing Mexican food, but Mole is my LEAST favorite. It's not my cup of tea, at all. I don't like the whole sweet/savory mix of food. I like it one way, or the other. I save my sweet for desserts.
i dont think i could do the chocolate and chicken combo x.x
That honey chicken stir fry sounds really good. I don't know about the chocolate chicken. I'd try it, though!
