Veggie Chips!
I'm not a fan of vegetables (especially carrots) but it's good to eat them once in a while. I love chips and I love junk food. What better than Veggie Chips?
The first time I tried these, I bought them because I was curious about it. From the first bite, to the last crunch...I fell in love!! They're so delicious, and it's a salty snack but also healthy! I like salt more than sweet, but that doesn't mean I don't get the ocasional sweet munchies.

You can find these at a health store in your location, they should have them, it's pretty standard.
WARNING!
They may be a little pricey.
Have you tried these? What's your intake?

They look yummy.
These are so good I love them
the packaging looks a bit sketchy to me... but I am willing to give veggie chips a try!
i've tried something similar to 'em, and yes, they are good!
They look wonderful.
Make your own. Thinly slice veggies and bake then salt. :)
@wonderchica22@xanga - You know what, I just might try that! Thanks!
They're not healthy per say... A real carrot would be better for you. But I suppose they do top greasy potato chips...
Funny, aren't potato chips already veggie chips themselves? Haha.
I buy veggie chips at Trader Joe's all the time. They're duhleeshus.
@MoonCity@xanga - Sometimes yes and sometimes no. It all depends on what they cook them in.
I love veggie chips! But chips is still chips. And isn't corn a vegetable too? Or has pizza taken over the garden?
I like veggie chips but I agree with prettykay04, that packaging looks a bit sketchy.
People - just because it's called "veggie chips" doesn't mean it's healthy. Simply look at the back of the bag on the nutritional label and check out the quality of the product - high in calories, fat, salt and low in anything of value such as vitamins and minerals. fuck... i hate it when people read a food product title with all those splash logos on the front w/o consulting the service size and ingredients. Chips are made out of potatoes and last time i check those were considered a vegetable. //face palm.
Hmm this post says "I am not a fan of vegetables" yet your About Me says "I like vegetables "
@laetitia_luv@xanga - THANK YOU. My gosh, I was thinking, "What's with the hype over veggie chips? I thought potato chips ARE veggie chips." -____-
@DraigStudio@xanga - What are you talking about? Potatoes are vegetables. If you bake a potato, it's a baked potato. If you fry a potato, that's fried potato (or French fries). If you roast potato, it's a roasted potato. You can slather a potato in ketchup, season it with herbs, do whatever to it -- it's still a potato. According to my professor, it's classified as a tuber vegetable.
i don't think they're as healthy as they claim to be. just because they have the word 'veggie' in them doesn't make them healthy. i feel like they're just as greasy as potato chips and i don't like them that much, they're quite bland. i suppose they're a better choice than potato chips but real veggies would be much better for you.
I know A LOT of people will shudder at the thought of this, but I love the original V8 cans. I get my vegetable servings from that, as I'm a 100% meataterian.
@MoonCity@xanga - I understand all of this, but what I meant was that if the potato is fried in animal fats it is not longer strictly vegetable anymore. Im not vegetarian by any means, but I once that veggie has been fried or slathered with animal protein it isn't just a vegetable anymore. But it's still delicious.
aren't potatoes vegetables? pseudo-healthy food.
I love veggie chips!
@lifeonacitybusem4@xanga - Yep! Like I said, I'm a complicated person to understand
I haven't tried this brand, but I have tried another similar kind of chip. I really like them. I usually have to add a bit more salt, though.
