Ben & Jerry's Flavor Review: Mint Chocolate Cookie
I am a Ben & Jerry's fanatic. Okay, well maybe not fanatic but I really love their ice cream. Luckily for me Ben & Jerry's is sold at almost every grocery store in New York. My all-time favorite flavor is Mint Chocolate Cookie. The sad part about this is that my grocery store rarely carries this flavor, so to my shock when I saw it in the freezer, I immediately grabbed a pint.My grocery store goes through waves of carrying my favorite items (Lays Honey Mustard chips) and then they disappear for a few weeks. It gets kind of annoying especially for me when I crave certain products/flavors, I need to satisfy them as soon as possible. Let me tell you why Mint Chocolate Cookie has earned the title of my favorite Ben & Jerry's flavor.
It has an amazing mint flavor that tastes just right. It's not too overwhelming and it doesn't taste artificial. However, the one thing I don't like about this flavor is that it's white and not green. I know, I know. When I think of mint chocolate chip ice cream I expect it to be mint green in color, so I get a tad disappointed when it's white.
My favorite part about this Ben & Jerry's flavor is that the chocolate chips are replaced for Oreo-type cookies. Oh my goodness. But there aren't just small pieces of cookies. No, there are whole cookies and you can even see their white cream in the middle. Basically, it's like taking cookies and cream but replacing the vanilla with mint ice cream.
I add some chocolate sprinkles and I am in heaven. If you like mint chocolate chip ice cream as I do, then I highly suggest trying out this Ben & Jerry's flavor. Trust me you will not be disappointed! It's so delicious and creamy and cookie-filled. Ugh, I want some right now. As a matter of fact, I will have some for dessert. Try it!!

i love mint chocolate chip ice cream, but i feel like i can only have so much of the mint chocolate cookie kind. sometimes its too much for me.
This is hands down my FAVORITE Ben & Jerry's flavor as well and I've learned that Walmart never carries it. Miejer does as well as Target so those two places have become my preferred grocery shopping/Ben-&-Jerry-buying-places.
And I always try to save at least one whole cookie for the very bottom, even if it requires some very skillful eatng around, I make it work.

Mint chocolate is my favorite anythinggg! I haven't had the Ben&Jerry's before, but Friendly's has a mint chocolate cookie explosion and it is SO good! And green! Haha, I hate mint ice cream that isn't green.
No I haven't tried this, but I absolutely LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream, it's my favorite flavor!! I need to get this ASAP lol. Thanks for the review! I hope Albertson's carries it!
i just tried their mint chocolate chunk, and it was heavenly. i don't even usually like mint ice cream, but theirs is so subtle and creamy and incredible. yeah, i'm a fanatic too. :)
