Today isn't only Groundhog Day, it's National Tater Tot Day!
According to a couple of different sites, National Tater Tot Day is also celebrated on March 31, but who cares, lets celebrate it both days! I found out about Tater Tot Day from this tweet from 5 Napkin Burger:

I've always loved tater tots, but I seem to forget about them unless someone else orders them. My co-worker LOVES them and I couldn't wait to tell him the exciting news! We legitimately had a conversation yesterday about where to get our tots from today. Our 2 options close to our work are Pop Burger and Sausage Inc. I think we'll be going with Sausage Inc.
