"Claypot" Chicken Rice

This is home-cooked "claypot" chicken rice cooked by my parents' helper back in Singapore. The main ingredients are chicken (marinated), Chinese waxed sausage, and shitake mushrooms. I believe this "claypot" rice was cooked in a rice cooker.
Popiah, Braised Minced Chicken and Claypot Chicken Rice.
Really, a good break from the everyday cooking I have to do back home in the US.
