  • The White Rabbit, Dempsey

Today I shall bring you to one of my favorite restaurants in Singapore! :) A modern European bar and restaurant housed in a beautifully restored old chapel off Dempsey area, The White Rabbit, is the perfect brunch spot for group dining or romantic dates. Come nightfall, the spirit of the White Rabbit morphs from a quiet charming dining venue into a vibrant restaurant-bar, a.k.a The Rabbit Hole, where vodka martinis meet curried black cods. Winner of the Best New Restaurant award by World Gourmet Summit 2010, the relatively young eatery is one relaxing and stylish getaway for all the gourmands-at-heart (comme moi!).

The lush greenery welcoming all White Rabbit diners at the entrance.

The bar area, a.k.a Rabbit Hole, which comes to life at night.

     Picturesque interior of the former-chapel-turned-fine-dining-restaurant.

Tantalizing set lunch menu. I hope you came with an empty stomach for the feast!

Absolutely divine Rustic Mushroom Soup for the closet mushroom-fans like me.

Fresh Tuna Carpaccio Provencal salad, perfect for the sweltering heat.

Delish Pappardelle Ragout for all the Italian stew-lovers out there.

Black Olive Sea Bass, grilled to perfection with refreshing touches of cherry tomatoes.

Viola! The star of today's lunch menu - French meringue adorned with fresh berries.

It tasted so delightful, I could have 3 platefuls of them!!

Looks like we've come to the end of our little escapade to my favorite restaurant.

Care to join me on the swing before heading back to the world of work, exams or deadlines?

Before I forget, T.G.I.F and bon weekend, my friends! XOXO.
