The Laughing Cow Light Wedges
I'm sure you've seen the commercials for The Laughing Cow Light Wedges. A woman sits at home with some grapes and crackers and a wedge of cheese. She's ecstatically happy, probably laughing or smiling as she eats this snack. Is this cheese really that good? Well, no. But it's definitely enjoyable.
If you're like me, you like cheese. Actually, I love cheese. However, it's not always a snack that can be considered figure-conscious. With just 35 calories per serving, the light Swiss wedges don't compromise flavor. I really enjoy them for an afternoon snack with some dried cranberries.
And while they don't make me laugh quietly to myself as I eat them, The Laughing Cow Light Swiss Wedges have been added to my grocery list.
These come in several different flavors. Has anyone tried any other varieties? How were they?

I think I have tried and liked all of them. At least, I have liked all of the flavors I have tried, lol.
I love The Laughing Cow but I haven't tried all of them.

Loooooooooooooooove them. Too bad they're so artificial. Eh.
I eat them with the WASA crackers that have 20 calories, so a huge-ass wafer + cheese = 55 calories, not bad.
Um. Be careful with those dried cranberries. I hear that they could have shards of metal in them.
I make a dish that uses the LC Light cheese inside the roll up of flattened chicken breast. It came from a Weight Watcher meeting and even my husband loves this.
i like them with crackers :) or on sandwiches instead of normal cheese. i think they're great!
Those are great :)
I had these once in the Egyptian desert since breakfast for Bedouins is apparently cold Arabic bread with anything spreadable on it. It was good, but I was also starving.
FRENCH ONION! Tastes exactly like dip, and is good on crisps and low cal and carb flat bread chips and such.
Never tried, but I really really want to! They look so cute!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue cheese wedges with triscuits!
I always have these in my fridge. I stuff celery with it, spread it on pita chips, etc. Yummy!
Laughing Cow cheese was my childhood! I ate that stuff ALL the time.
I got the basil & sun dried tomato flavor a couple of weeks ago and it's still sitting in my fridge because it's not great. It's good, has the right flavors sort of, but just tastes too artificial. I've tried the Laughing Cow Baby Bel Cheddar and that didn't taste very much like cheddar either.
