It's my birthday this Friday the 13th! I am a huge fan of the movies, so I am therefore having a Friday the 13th party at my apartment Friday night. I know, it's nerdy and kind of ridiculous, but it's going to be a lot of fun! Since it's my birthday, I plan to have some of my favorite things to eat all day. For breakfast, I will most likely be eating some kind of bagel sandwich, preferably with bacon.
For lunch, I am planning on going to
S'MAC, which is located in the East Village in NYC. I LOVE macaroni and cheese and I have yet to try this place, so I am quite excited!
Also my work celebrates every employees birthday with some kind of treats. I am most likely going to be requesting pie, hoping for Coconut Cream Pie and Cherry Pie!
Since we are throwing a Friday the 13th party, you bet there will be a Jason Voorhees cake! This isn't our cake, but we are planning on making something similar. I will be sure to come back and write a recap of the party and show you the cake we actually made.
We are also planning on making a drink or a shot that will be dark red (unlike what is pictured above). We are going to call it the Dead F*** in reference to one of the movies. It should be a good time. I love that my birthday is finally falling on a Friday!

Sounds like a great birthday there! For my birthday...I hope that there will be a breakfast I didn't cook, a massage at a spa and deliciously moist and rich chocolate cake. Not too demanding, don't you think?
sounds awesome!! :D for my birthday, well.. i just turn 21 so i got to get lunch and breakfast at home. then mom came home and brought me a cake!! georgia bulldog cake :D i got batman pjs and i went out that night with my boyfriend to drink a little, get mexican and went to see a movie! !(: very fun, yes it was.

I love going some where yummy for dinner, & maybe breakfast for my birthday. But I usually just do dinner, since that's when the actual partying begins! I have no idea what I plan to do this year.
