  • Bulgogi Recipe




    INGREDIENTS

    • 1.5 lb beef, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 onion, grind in a food processor
  • 1/2 asian pear, grind in a food processor





  • Combine all ingredients in a big bowl.



    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.



    Heat a frying pan with oil over medium-high heat, and place a few slices of beef in single layers and fry each side until cooked.




    Serve with a bowl of hot rice.




    I made bibimbap.




    Got to have the hot pepper paste.
