This Christmas was filled with so many cookies! It's of course one of the main reasons why I love Christmas so much. My aunt always brings us these pie cookies and this years she included some gingerbread cookies as well!
Also, in the mix is my mom's biscottis. I LOVE my mom's biscottis because they aren't your typical ones. Biscottis are usually crunchy, but my mom only bakes them once so they are nice and soft and bread-y. Sometimes she adds cherries to them too!
Last, but certainly not least, we are also going home with a huge bucket of various Christmas cookies from a couple who are family friends on my husband's side of the family. They always make a ton of cookies and mail them out to everyone and this year we got our very own bucket! Look all these cookies!
This bucket will also include those yummy peanut butter balls that I talked about
here. They are currently in the refrigerator though. It's gonna be a fattening couple of weeks!
Back to NYC we go with about 5 pounds of cookies!
