Ice Cream Flavor Review: Starbucks Caramel Macchiato
The other night I found myself craving ice cream. I used to never be the biggest fan of ice cream until recently. My all-time favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip (specifically Baskin Robbins) so I really wanted a sugar cone with a scoop of mint chocolate chip.
There isn't a Baskin Robbins by my apartment, so I decided to walk (in my pajamas) to the grocery store to buy a pint. I scouted the ice cream aisle and once I saw all the different flavor choices, I wasn't sure if I still wanted mint chocolate chip.
I have always wanted to try Starbucks ice cream flavors, so after some deliberation, I bought the Caramel Macchiato flavor. It's coffee and vanilla ice creams with caramel swirl. Surprisingly, this flavor is actually really good.
I really liked the vanilla ice cream along with the coffee because the coffee flavor wasn't too strong. The touch of caramel swirl was also really yummy. I added chocolate sprinkles to mine, which made it taste even better.
The Caramel Macchiato flavor is probably the only Starbucks ice cream I would try. The other ones don't appeal to me as much. I recommend this flavor if you like Starbucks Caramel Macchiato drink like I do!
Have you tried Starbucks Caramel Macchiato ice cream?
