  • What I'm Loving Right Now

I always go through phases of what I like to eat and what I start to obsess over and I of course am always finding new things to try! These things can last anywhere from a week to months. Here is what I am loving right now:

I found these Gingerbread Stacy's Pita Chips (pictured above) at the grocery store the other night and I just HAD to try them! I ripped them open and almost ate the whole bag. They have a genuine ginger taste and I couldn't get enough.

I am loving my new Ice Cream Maker! It's actually an attachment for my Kitchenaid Mixer and I finally got the chance to use it the other day. My husband and I received it as a late wedding gift and we have waiting for the perfect opportunity to use it. We made pumpkin bread ice cream and it came out FANTASTIC! It was legit ice cream and I already can't wait to make more!

Speaking of ice cream, I just ate this ice cream sandwich tonight that I already can't stop thinking about. I got it in the only Korean super market in the city (sorry, I don't know the name) and I ate it after consuming some spicy Korean food. The concept of the ice cream sandwich is so simple, sponge cake and ice cream, but it tasted like so much more! I don't know, the texture, the flavor, everything about this was amazing! I loved how I could hold the sandwich and the spongey cake would protect my hands from the cold ice cream. Mmm, so good, definitely going back for another one!

My apron. I've been cooking/baking a lot more recently and I am loving every opportunity to wear my apron! I know it sounds lame, but it seriously makes cooking or baking that much more fun :D

What about you, what have you guys been loving lately? Anything out there that you recommend?
