Bell Pepper Corer
It seems that there's a gadget for just about every kitchen task. Whenever I want to incorporate peppers into my cooking, it's always a hassle removing the seeds.
If you love cooking with peppers, the new Bell Pepper Corer makes coring them a simpler task and your life simpler as well.
Just insert the pointed tips of the durable nylon kitchen gadget into the pepper, twist and pull. It stems, seeds, and cores so you can stuff them or slice them without having to deal with the middle bits. It's sharp and safe to use.
The Pepper Corer is an easy way to prepare the veggie for slicing, too. If you're interesting in getting this, the Bell Pepper Corer is $4.99 on Amazon.
Would you consider using this kitchen gadget?

This is stupid. I just cut around the seeds like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7chg6Xn-QI.
I hate kitchen tools that can only serve one purpose.
@TheExperimentalChef - I agree! There's not much room in my kitchen for one-trick ponies either. A paring knife around stem will do the same job, in addition to many other meal-preparation tasks.
Probably not. Unless someone gave it to me as a gift, I won't be obtaining one for my kitchen. I prefer my gadgets to be able to do more than one thing. Gadgets like this might be useful for those who might have to prepare dozens of peppers at a time. It would make it much easier. (Such as restaurant workers or caterers.)
I just slice the pepper in half and rip out the core with my hand. It's available for free on the end of your arm.
I think it's pretty neat, and would use one if I had it.
And it worked well.
