I'm going to have to get some Munster cheese... I don't think I've ever had it...
Pumpkin pie creme brulee. It's not as hard as it sounds, trust me. I saw it on Food Network when Michael Chiarello had his show... and it's easy to assemble and do. I tried it one year and loved it!
Take a ramekin, and a good sized slice of pumpkin pie. Separate the pie from its crust. Lay the crust in the bottom of the ramekin, put the pie part of it on top of the crust, and dust with sugar. Use the creme brulee torch or put under the broiler until the sugar caramelizes. Let it sit until it hardens. Enjoy.
best if eaten with ice cream or, if you have it, put a dollop of whipped cream on top. Delicious!
darn i wish someone posted this sooner, in oct when the canadian thanksgiving was :D
I wish we have leftovers!
So far it has been turkey scramble served with a side of stuffing for breakfast, then turkey cranberry quesadillas for lunch...planning on turkey veggie soup with the carcass and leftover veggies, and green chile turkey enchiladas, turkey salad sandwiches...what else can I make? Hmmm....
