Top 5 Favorite Thanksgiving Foods
Fall is hands down my favorite season. I love everything about it, the weather, warm colors, and of course cozy foods. I know it's still early, but I'm already pumped for Thanksgiving. Here's my top 5 favorite Thanksgiving foods.
1. Green Bean Casserole
Whoever thought of adding crispy onions to this recipe was a genius.
2. Ham

Ever had a ham from the Honey Baked Ham Company? Try it, you'll like it!
3. Sweet Potato Casserole

Our family friend has a recipe that is to die for. I'll be sharing that soon

4. Deviled Eggs

I know this isn't necessarily a Thanksgiving recipe, but my Mama serves them every year and I always devour them.
5. Turkey with Cranberry Sauce

Wouldn't be Thanksgiving without a turkey right?
What's your favorite Thanksgiving foods?

Oh god, the sweet potatoe casserole and the honey-glazed ham is to die for.
I love green bean casserole!! It's so yummy. I also love sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows..so goooddd. Ah this is making me want Thanksgiving so bad!!
Oh yeah, that Honey Baked Ham is delish, but we save that for Christmas. For Thanksgiving, I look forward to:
* Roast Turkey with Gravy
* Sweet Potato Casserole, I make mine with butter, brown sugar, salt, pepper with a marshmallow topping.
* Cranberry Apple Relish, rather than the usually cranberry sauce/jelly. Definitely not a fan of the canned type. Not to mention, making cranberry sauce is easy.
* Buttermilk biscuits (good with above mentioned cranberry relish)
* Pumpkin Spice cake. I don't really care for pumpkin pie, but I really like this cake recipe I found on Epicurious, so I make that instead.
I love sweet potato casserole! I could eat that alone on Thanksgiving and be happy!
My family and I never had really a traditional Thanksgiving with the cranberry sauce, the mashed potatoes, and gravy. However, I've tried sweet potato with marshmallows and it was really sweet but absolutely yummy!
Where is the stuffing!? Just kidding, I never had deviled eggs with Thanksgiving until last year with my hubby. & I LOOOOVE green bean casserole!
I definitely love turkey, stuffing, any type of potatoes, some type of bread/biscuit and the pies.
Stuffinggggg.
SWEET POTATOOOOOOOO

@goodeatings - what do you usually have? we always have a traditional thanksgiving lunch and then at night we go to my aunt's and have a korean thanksgiving meal. Best of both worlds :)
@Mrs_FoodLover@xanga - stuffing is in my top 10 :)
Anything with the word casserole in it frightens me. :/
Thanksgiving is the BEST! This and Christmas dinner are the best meals everrrr wooooo!! CAN'T WAIT! All the above foods sound amazing and everything everyone else listed as well. I won't even try to list, as there are far too many delish foods to mention :D
The dressing. Potato casserole (sweet and white). Cranberry sauucceee.
And the green bean casserole.
I love anything and everything served on Thanksgiving. I'm so excited!! :D Only, I'll have a newborn baby this year so it will be very different.
The stuffing from inside the turkey is basically the best thing you can ever eat. I'm a big fan of the cranberry sauce too, because I've always made it...and I love the combinations of food on your plate, where by the end you're taking a bite of mashed potato stuffing on a piece of turkey that tastes like cranberry with a green bean stickin out of it. Gravy on nearly everything!
My fave dessert would be pecan pie.
mashed potatoes.
