Your Weekly Dose of Food P0rn: Pancakes!
I've had a serious craving for blueberry-walnut pancakes with fresh bananas, butter and syrup. Mouth drooling. Who doesn't love pancakes?! Well, I actually used to hate them...but that's a different story. I went to a diner this past weekend and had a horrible experience. Needless to say, my pancake craving has yet to be fulfilled. Enjoy foodies!

Pancake and fruit sandwich!
Jim's Pancakes is a super cute blog dedicated to fluffy-goodness. Jim makes awesome pancakes for his daughter. These pancakes are a work of art and really cool. Attention Dad: make me pancakes like this. Also, be sure to leave ideas for next weeks dose!
What are your favorite kind of pancakes? Do you smother them in syrup?

Oh dear God first burgers now pancakes?! I think I had a foodgasm. I loooove pancakes. Chocolate chip, buttermilk, or chocolate. I also love ones shaped into teddy bears or with sprinkles and cute little faces like IHOP did for Halloween.
Then again I'm just easily amused.
I hate pancakes.
Waffles on the other hand... MHMMMM TASSSSTTYYY.
Toasted to where it's crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside... 8D
And thank heavens for sugar-free syrup.
A third cup of syrup can pack a whopping 50 carbs!
FOR CRIPES SAKE!
Well, I have a recipe for rolled oat pancakes on my page, so I'll suggest that.
Just one thing, though. The title for this entry should have been "Porncakes!" :)
omg THEY LOOK SO GOOD!!!
blueberry pancakes & maple syrup <3
oh my... i think i need to eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner
I love soft, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, and crepes. Buttermilk pancakes, tasty with some maple syrup, or fruit and whipped cream. Crepes, usually I like fruity and creamy fillings, but last time I made them, I rolled them up with scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, which was very good as well. (No syrup for the bacon egg one.)
omg those banana walnut pancakes look so good... actually, they all do! :)
@kuramas_black_rose@xanga - I'm actually not the biggest fan of choco chip pancakes. Blueberry is my favorite :) And there's nothing wrong with loving cute pancakes!!
@rachel - Ooooo yes I do love blueberry as well ^.^
I'm too picky to have bits of fruit in pancakes, just leave them homogeneously fluffy and buttery. Of course with real maple syrup, as it has actual depth to the flavor; unlike maple-flavored corn syrup. I get enough corn in everything else, thanks. But your banana walnut photo reminded me of banana-nut muffins, which are magnificent, so good job.
