Pink Velvet Cupcakes for Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
If you didn't know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I was checking some blogs as I always do and came across a few recipes for pink cupcakes to bring awareness to this extremely serious cause. I found this recipe on Love From the Ovenand I think it's the best one out there, plus they look so amazing! Here's the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup of butter softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
Pink food coloring
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
