The Honeymoon Chronicles: Breakfast at The Queen Anne
I have no idea where to start right now and that is why it has taken me so long to recap my wedding and my honeymoon! I am going to recap the whole thing piece by piece, but since I don't have many pictures from my wedding, I am going to skip to the very beer and food centric honeymoon and start from there.
Derek and I went to Denver, Colorado for our honeymoon. Whenever we told people that, we would either get "wow, that is awesome, Denver is great!" or "oh, that's different". In my opinion both of those responses are appropriate. Denver is freakin' amazing! And I am so glad we chose to go somewhere that isn't a typical honeymoon destination. Now, don't get me wrong, we both considered Hawaii for a long time, but we chose Denver because we couldn't pass up the fact that the Great American Beer Festival was happening the weekend after we got married.
Anyway, onto the amazing breakfasts we had everyday while staying at the Queen Anne B&B! This Bed and Breakfast was one of the best parts of our trip! The whole place was fantastic and super personal and we were spoiled every single day by the fresh and local ingredient breakfasts we were served.

If you are wondering what happened to Sunday and Monday morning, they were a repeat of of the Aloo Paratha and the Waffles! Also, this spread was available every morning, along with delicious local coffee from a place called Novo, which was located only a couple blocks away from the Queen Anne.

It was so nice to wake up to amazing breakfast like these every day! Definitely helped us get out of bed at 8am every day! :) Stay tuned for more from the Honeymoon Chronicles and The Wedding Diaries!

Congrats on getting married!! You've gotta show us at least one wedding photo! The waffles look delicious. That's probably the only thing I'd eat since I'm not a big fan of eggs.
