Assault By Cupcake
A cupcake fight hardly sounds like a fight at all. But for a woman in Chicago's Southwest Side, a cupcake fight has resulted in domestic battery charges!On Saturday night, authorities received a call from a man claiming his wife was throwing cupcakes at him. There was no denying his accusations were true since authorities found the man covered in frosting and crumbs when they arrived and the wife was verbally hostile with the officers.
So what happens when you throw cupcakes at someone who decides to call the cops? In this case the woman was mandated to wear an electronic monitoring device, placed on a $10,000 bond and charged with domestic battery.
Now, I take domestic abuse very seriously but something about being assaulted by cupcakes makes me giggle. That being said, I do hope nobody ever gets fatally injured with a cupcake fight.

Someone please assault me with cupcakes.
Literally LOL'd. If I were PMSing, I'd eat the cupcakes rather than throw them at my husband! Maybe the cupcake was baked in a bucket so it was very large and caused that man some injuries hehehe.

I think the way you could get seriously injured with cupcakes would be if they were frozen first.

The police probably facepalm'd lol. Was it specified what kind of cupcakes tho? :D She would have done more damage if she just threw the cupcake pan at him, not the cupcakes lol.
