October 10: National Angel Food Cake Day
Angel Food Cake is so yummy! It's light and fluffy and I personally like it with a side of strawberries. Since October 10 is National Angel Food Cake, you should all go out and celebrate! Buy one or make your own. Here's some cake recipes I found that really caught my eye:

I've never been much of a angel food cake fan, but I like the looks of that chocolate and vanilla one above with whipped cream frosting and chocolate dip.
I love all kinds of angel food! They taste so heavenly!
