  • Strawberries & Caramelized Bananas with Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Crepe




    Was in a bit of a bad mood so I decided to have something sweet this morning and made this crepe.

    CREPE INGREDIENTS
    (recipe from Julia Child)


    2 eggs
    1/2 cup of cold milk
    1/2 cup of cold water
    1 cup flour
    2 T melted butter
    some oil
    pinch of salt





    Blitz or whisk all ingredients into oblivion.




    Slice a banana and caramelize in pan over hight heat.




    Spread some melted ferrero rocher on the crepe, then put a layer of caramelized bananas and then top it off with a layer of sliced strawberries.




    Add a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish, and lightly dust confectioners' sugar over top.
