Steamed Chocolate Cake
Yesterday,my mother and I baked this very simple Steamed Chocolate Cake. It was a food recipe from my mother's friend. Thank you Aunt!
The process of preparing and baking a cake is like a running competition since this phrase is very useful:
"On your mark
Get Set
Go!
Ingredients:
- Daisy Corn Oil = 150g
- Carnation Milk = 200ml
- Condensed Milk = 200ml
- Chocolate Powder = 50g
- Castor Sugar = 150g
- Flour = 150g
- Soda powder = 1 teaspoon
- Egg = 4

Condensed Milk and Carnation Milk are mixed and poured into a saucepan.
Mix the Coco Powder and Castor Sugar with the Milks in the sauce pan. Stir them over a low heat.
Keep them warm in basin first. Combine the soda powder and flour into a large mixing bowl.
Then, 4 eggs are beaten and poured into the saucepan of now-cold milk mixture.
Stir the mixture with beaten eggs. Looked more like tornado yeah?
Remember to sift the flour and soda powder. They are mixed and stirred in the large mixing bowl with the chocolate mixture.
Stir and stir and stir before placing them into a pan to be steamed.
The cake is finally complete after steamed over a medium heat for 45 minutes.
That's how the simple Steamed Chocolate Cake is made:)
It is fun to capture the process of it,in case we forget about the steps next time. Making own food is a wonderful experience too, just like this saying goes:"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
