I don’t know about you, but I’m a chocolate-peanut-butter-anything fiend. Combine that obsession with cheesecake, and what do you get? Why, Cookie Madness’ Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Marble Brownies, of course. Sumptuous chocolate brownies are combined with a cream cheese and peanut butter filling for a pretty and pretty tasty marble effect.

Say Cheese....Cake: 5 New Twists
This is a guest post from Shecky's.
Think making a whole cheesecake involves elaborate recipes for crusts and fillings? Not so with AllRecipes.com’s Mini Cheesecakes. Ingredients like vanilla wafers, cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice, white sugar and cherry pie are all you’ll need to make these lilliputian delights.

As much as I love cheesecake, I always find fault with it since it can be a little messy to slice, serve and transport. Problem solved with Brown-Eyed Baker’s Oreo Cheesecake Cookies, inspired by the Cheesecake Factory’s Oreo Cookie Cheesecake. Cream cheese, sugar, chocolate chips, Oreo cookies and more are formed into yummy cookies perfect for a summer BBQ (though you’ll still need to keep ‘em a little bit cool!).

Pumpkins might be a little out of season, but hey, what better way to remind yourself that there is a time when a temperature below 90 degrees exists (fall!). Closet Cooking’s Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake Turtle Bread mixes flavorful pumpkin with the nutty-caramel combo of your typical turtle cookie, all in one simple quick-bread mix.

So, maybe you’re not the most experienced baker on the block, and all of these recipes sound like Swahili to you? Try Food.com’s Easy Cheesecake for a quick, delicious fix. Just six easy-to-find ingredients—graham crackers, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla—create a cheesecake in 10 minutes prep time, 35 minutes total.
What are your favorite cheesecake recipes?

I made these miniature cheesecake mousse cupcakes about a month ago for a family party. They were fantastic.
That pumpkin cheesecake bread is calling my name. Pumpkin is my ultimate weakness.
My fave cheesecake recipe is the 1-2-3 recipe found on the Philadelphia Cream Cheese package, easy and fast (with the exception of chilling time) and always reliable. I've swirled in chocolate, nutella, fruit jams, etc to make it slightly different. I'm really like the Oreo Cheesecake Cookie idea, though.
I have made the oreo cheesecake cookies before. They are absolutely fantastic. Any of Brown Eyed Baker's recipes are sure to please.
Sinfully delicious. I don't have a particular favorite, I love all kinds of cheesecake.
My roommate makes the BEST cheesecake brownies.
Lovely ! the first one is just so cute & the brown orange-yellow cheesecake in the 4th picture is simply gorgeous.
@lforletty@xanga - I second this.
i love cheesecake.
I especially like a classic cheesecake, but I also like those with fruit in them. Those are nice ones... I hope to try them someday especially with the peanut butter in it.
my mom made those little mini cheesecakes and they were DELICIOUS! I asked her if she could make me some to put in my freezer for when I go back to school :)
Mmm...I LOVE the marble brownies!
@AnonymousBlonde@xanga - I would love the recipe for the mousse cupcakes, that sounds delicious!
The marble brownies and the Pumpkin cake also look good (Fall to me is some mixture of red trees, applesauce, and pumpkin bread, and the first snowfall...). I wonder about icing the brownies, I haven't had much luck with peanut butter frostings, but maybe a straight chocolate would work if they are peanut-buttery enough.
I love Oreo cheesecake. I want to learn how to bake it.
Want all cheesecake!
Marble cheesecake.
