    Tea is one of the simplest and oldest of civilized pleasures. It's a beverage, a stimulant, and a symbol of honor, welcome, and hospitality, tea is Asia's great gift to mankind, enjoyed all over the globe.

    Tea is the second most consumed drink, after water in the world. Tea has become a central role in the life of people because of it's flexibility. Tea works both as a pick-me-up during a chaotic work day and serve as a serene accompaniment to queity and relaxing times.

    There are four principal types of tea - black, green, white, and oolong. They all come from the same plant; what differentiates with them is the way they are processed.

    However, green tea is one of the most popular and has the highest benefits than any other tea. Green tea is most popular in Asia, North Africa, and the middle East, and it is currently undergoing a burst of popularity in North America as both a hot tea and iced tea.

    • Green tea has been considered as a natural remedy for pain and other medical problems. Aside from its healing capabilities, this herbal drink also contains antioxidants that help slow down the aging process.
    • Green tea boosts the burning of calories because it contains a special ingredient called catechin that prevents free-radicals from damaging your body after a heavy workout.
    • Green tea acts as an antibacterial and antiviral agent. It also helps in getting relief from influenza and diarrhea. It relieves stress, improves bone structure and delays the onset of osteoporosis.
