  • Fruit Salad

This is a guest post from For The Love of Cooking.
This recipe was inspired by my wonderful, loving, sweet, and kind friend Joy (can you tell I really love her?). While we were in Idaho we had dinner at a friend's house and Joy brought a salad similar to this. You can use any fruit you have on hand, mix it with raspberry yogurt, and you will have an instant hit. Joy says that she has tried several different flavors of yogurt in this salad and raspberry is the best. This dish took minutes to make and was extremely easy. The yogurt made the fruit extra sweet and delicious - my kids thought it was excellent and so did I! Thanks for the recipe Joy.

Slice the strawberries and cherries, making sure to remove the pits from the cherries. Combine the fruit together in a bowl and pour in the yogurt. Mix well until evenly coated then serve. Enjoy.
