Ingredients
Oil for frying
Flour
Salt
Egg
Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Firm-Ripe Avocados
Heat some oil in a medium saucepan. Meanwhile, pit, peel and slice the avocado into wedges.
Prepare 3 shallow plates (one for flour, egg and panko). Mix flour with a pinch of salt in a shallow plate. Beat an egg in one of the other shallow plates. In the third plate place some panko. Dip each avocado wedge in the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip it in the egg and then into the panko to coat.
Fry the avocado wedges until it turns golden brown, which should only take about 30 seconds. Transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels.
Cilantro Lime Mayo Dip
Cilantro, Lime Juice, Lime Zest, Mayonnaise
Blend together cilantro and mayo. Add lime juice and lime zest to taste.
Serve and enjoy immediately!

o yum~ i just bought some avocados yesterday. definitely rec this.
I love avocados, but I can't say I am a fan of eating them warm/hot. I'd probably be pretty satisfied to toast up a corn tortilla on the stove until soft, put some avocado and sprinkle with salt. Some people roll the tortilla, I fold it. Eat immediately, before the avocado gets too warm.
Ooh... yummy! I want!
omg that looks awesome!!
