Pork Chops Recipe
Pork Chops have always been a staple around my house. For a long time it was either steak, chicken, or pork chops for dinner. Then the magical channel The Food Network came into our home and my mom started expanding and playing around more with recipes. I also got into looking for recipes and I stumbled on this Pork Chop recipe that really caught my eye, I tried it and have never looked back.
This blend of sweet, savory and spicy make for an amazing, balanced pork chop that goes well with any side: rice, salad, veggies, pasta. Try it out, you won't regret it.
Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp chili (sriracha works nicely)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
Juice of 1/2 limeMix all together in a bowl
Take 3-4 pork chops, place in a large zip lock bag and pour in marinade. Let it marinate for an hour or two days, the longer the better (you can poke holes in the pork chops first to allow the marinade to seep in through better).
After the pork chops have marinated for as long as you like, heat oven to 425˚.
Pour marinade and chops in a baking dish, and place in heated oven.
Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Once done, let sit out and cool down. The pork chops should be moist and drenched in flavor. Enjoy!
Anything you like to marinate your pork chops with?

My mom marinades it with soy sauce and sugar. I'll hopefully try this one day!
