  • 5 Foods To Help Rid Of Bad Breath

Bad breath, bleh. One of the most unpleasant experiences one can have is having a conversation with someone who has bad breath. And as awful as it is, we have all fallen victim to encountering someone with horrific breath.

But what's even worse is that we have all also been that person with the bad breath. Perhaps you forgot to brush your teeth because you were in a rush, or maybe you brushed but couldn't squeeze breakfast in so your stomach acids start stinking up your mouth (yea, that happens), or you went a little too crazy on the garlic and onion bagels.

Whatever the case, it sucks to be that person. Fortunately, there are foods that help to get rid of bad breath!

    1. Herbs such as spearmint, tarragon, rosemary, etc.

    2. Yogurt

    3. Fiber rich fruits and vegetables such as carrots, apples, celery, etc.

    4. Gum (though this is temporary and only masks bad breath)

    5. Vitamin-C rich foods, such as melons, citrus fruits, etc.

You can look at the original article from MSN Health here for not only a more detailed lists of foods but also an explanation of how these foods help to minimize your stinky breath.

Do you have bad breath problems or know anyone who does? What do you do to cure it?
