When I was in high school, my mom made sure to always prepare a big breakfast before I had a test. She always emphasized how important it was to eat well.
This weekend is finals week at UCSD. My brothers have been busy studying away. On Saturday morning, I was awake early so I decided to make them these bacon egg toast cups which I had bookmarked. I love this idea of putting all the traditional breakfast items into one. You don’t even need a knife or fork to eat this with.

Oh heavens, those look amazing. I'm definitely bookmarking this recipe, thanks.
These look really good and would be awesome for a brunch.
What size eggs did you use? Using one size smaller than you normally might also help with the cooking.
omg I saw a picture of these a while back and always wondered how to make them! thanks! If I had bacon I would make 'em right away haha.

....Oh god....this looks so good. I've sworn off buying bacon, but I think I'm going to have to break that for this experiment!!
Genius! It's a whole breakfast in a bite!

does the bread get soggy?
Those have been a family favorite since I was a little kid! Now I make them for my kids. It's cool to see them get some publicity since they're amazing.
These look tasty! I think I am going to try it out.
@animechrisy@xanga - why in the world would you swear off BACON?! Bacon is god. End, of, story.
The end.
PS, Hope you find the light....
LOL
If you dont, more bacon for me!
@xMyObsessionx@xanga - Oh yes, Bacon is full of teh wins! I actually made a children's book as a kid, where the whole story revolved around a demon cat that needs bacon to turn strong (I kid you not).
Unfortunately all that crunchy goodness is also artery clogging goodness--something that some of us can't ignore unfortunately T_T....
...Okay NOW I WANT SOME AGH.
