It looks amazing!!!
how many grams are there in 1 cup?
mmMMMmm... i want to take a bite of that
That looks great!
You can't really convert dry weights to cups (a volume measurement) accurately for flour. The best way is to convert to ounces (weight) and weigh the flour. (Flour can be settled or unsettled so you can measure a cup twice and get two very different weights. If you measure it by scooping it you'll get a different weight than if you measure it by spooning it into the cup, or after you have sifted it.)
That said, the average measurement is about 125g/cup for all purpose flour (different kinds of flour will weigh out differently for equal volume too).
100g granulated white sugar is half a cup.
Butter is 114g/stick (quarter pound).
I saw this on the front page and I just had to stop and read.
yum.. I almost wanted to eat the computer screen :9
You should add some peanut butter to that.
