  • Ultimate Super Bowl Feast for $10 a Person

I have to say, when it comes to food, Superbowl ranks pretty high on my list next to Thanksgiving and Christmas! Even though I'm not really a football fan, I am a fan of the food that is served on the big day.

This year, whether you plan on watching the Packers and the Steelers, check out how to host the ULTIMATE Super Bowl Feast for $10 a guest--BYOB. I make these kind of gathering BYOB because it takes a lot to coordinate a superbowl meal: the purchasing, the planning, the arranging, etc. The least your guests can do is supply the beer/drinks.

For me, the ultimate feast involves a WHOLE load of appetizers, one main dish and a few sweet desserts. Check out the break down below for a feast for 8*:

    SNACKS ($6)

Cheetos Twisted Puffs ($2 at Walmart)
    Ruffles Chips ($2 at Walmart)
Lays Ranch Dip ($2 at Walmart)

    APPETIZERS ($40)

2 Baja Fresh Nachos ($6 for 2 trays with Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coupon)
El Monterey Chicken Taquitos ($5 at Walmart)
Farm Rich Mozarella Sticks ($4 at Walmart)
Farm Rich Mushrooms ($4 at Walmart)
TGI Friday's Baked Potatoes ($5 at Target)
    Jalapeno Poppers ($6 at Costco)
Tyson Boneless Chicken ($6 at Walmart)
    Seasoned Fries ($2 at Walmart)
    Onion Rings ($2 at Walmart)

    MAIN MEAL ($20)

8 Medium Pie's of Pizza ($2.50 each at Target)

    DESSERTS ($3.40)

1 Box Caramel Walnut Brownies ($1.20 at Walmart; 16 pieces)
1 Box Red Velvet Cupcake Mix ($1.20 at Walmart; 24 cupcakes)
1 container icing ($1 at Walmart)

*Prices may vary based on where you live and where you shop

Remember--the more people that show up, the more variety you can add to the mix!

Are you watching the Super Bowl this year? What do you plan on preparing?
