The strange, the unusual, and the just plain classic.
Hidden in a hole-in-the-wall small space in Portland, Oregon is the best doughnut place known to mankind. They have everything from bacon doughnuts to cereal-topped to classic filled cream. It's a doughnut mecca. Anything you want in a doughnut they've probably thought of.
Owned by Kenneth "Cat Daddy" Pogson and Tres Shannon who can be found still working sometimes behind the counter, it is a real down to earth place. They even hold weddings! (I'm not joking.)
So if you want a doughnut this is the place to go.

I have heard about this place on the Travel Channel. If I'm ever on the other side of the country, I'd love to visit! The most unusual place I've eaten is a seafood restaurant that looks like a pirate ship on the outside and has a ship on the inside as well.
Haha I've been there. They've got crazy combos and lots of choices. Their shop and menu are interesting to look at because the donuts have names such as cock-and-balls and the shop is decorated with donut decor
Ooh, I've seen them on the Travel Channel too. It looks delicious :)
