Worst Krispy Kreme Doughnut Flavor?
I was grocery shopping and saw these new Krispy Kreme doughnuts:
Chocolate Iced Cheerwine Creme Filled
I have never had Cheerwine soda, so I didn't know what to expect. The foodie in me drooled "Homer Simpson style" at the pretty appearance and well.. just the fact that it was a donut with chocolate on it... Yes, I'm hopeless when chocolate is involved! Don't judge me.
I bought the half-dozen box and shared them with my parents. We all thought they were disgusting and my mom made a joke that the cream filling was "cough syrup flavor."
So, my fellow foodies... Have you tried these yet, or will you?
I'd also be interested to hear your ideas on your favorite and least-favorite Krispy Kreme flavors.
(My faves are the Chocolate Iced Glazed and Powdered Blueberry/Raspberry Jelly Filled.

I have only ever tried the regular plain ones, glazed I guess they are called, and the chocolate ones filled with creme. Not that whipped creme but the real creme. I don't get Krispy Kreme very often though.
I just love doughnuts. I will eat whatever doughnut is given to me!
I tend to stay away from the creme filled donuts at Krispy Kreme. I think lemon and raspberry are the only fillings I like from them. I stick with their plain glazed and leave the fancier stuff for a real bakery.
Krispy Kreme > Dunkin Donuts!!!
Oooooh, I completely forgot about these even existing! I love Cheerwine, so I must try them! You should try Cheerwine sherbet. It's awesome!
(For those of you who haven't heard of Cheerwine, it is a regional soda in the Southeastern US. It tastes what cherry cough syrup SHOULD taste like, in my opinion.)

The only Krispy Kreme doughnuts I can stand are the plain glazed ones. Everything else is just too sweet and icky to me.

I've only tried glazed, and I'm more a fan of Dunkin' Donuts. Ahh.. Bavarian creme will be the death of me xD
GAH. Their best "flavor" is just glazed. Fresh off the conveyor belt and still warm. mmmm
The classic glazed ones are to die for. Especially when they are fresh. But they have really good Boston creme doughnuts, as well.
I like just about all of Krispy Kreme's flavors. I would love to try the Cheerwine donut, but as I understand, it's only available in the Carolinas.
Cheerwine is THE BEST! Of course, I'm from the Carolinas so I'm all over that. Those Cheerwine doughnuts were like a creme filled orgasm in my mouth...I understand that thought looks dirty, but it's soOo on point
All of their doughnuts taste like bread coated in crisco to me.

All of them. Krispy Kreme is gross. Too high in sugar for my liking :( I've always preferred Dunkin'.
Seeing this post makes me wish there was still a Krispy Kreme near where I live. My favorite were the creme filled when they were around. I could eat a half dozen in one sitting.
Gag, I really don't like Krispy Kreme donuts. Around here the donut shops to go to are Daylight Donuts. My favorite are the raspberry twists... and the bear claws... and of course the chocolate bavarian creme filled.

actually, all of the kripsy kremes closed down years ago in the state i live in, so i don't remember what it tastes like. there used to be a factory in the middle of my town, too.
I have to stay away from doughnuts, I'll easily eat 2-3 in one sitting. Bad. I love the jelly filled ones best...i think...
