It's exactly what you think it is.

I had some
sloppy joe meat leftover one day and decided to make a pizza out of it. Good times, kids. The cheese is a mix of mozzarella and cheddar and I tossed some onion on there because I had some.

Was it wicked good? Why yes it was, thanks for asking.
Heh, my girlfriend has referred to my pizza making style as "anything goes" which I think think is a perfectly good description.

I'll put pretty much anything on some dough and top it with cheese. How about you guys, whats the weirdest thing you've put or had on pizza?

You should travel to Japan then and try their pizza. Then you'll see that just "not anything goes." :P
That looks delicious! Did you just use the sloppy joe mixture as the sauce? Then put cheese on onions on top? Is there anything else on there?
One time, I had some leftover taco meat, and I put that on a pizza. It turned out pretty good. In fact, I've made taco meat just to put it on a pizza.
I've also put refried beans on pizza. It was the first thing to go on the crust, even before the sauce.
Looks really good! I've made a macaroni and cheese - cheese burger pizza. It's pretty much a pizza with tomato sauce, white cheddar mac n cheese and seasoned beef (pre cooked). Sounds weird, but really delicious! I make them for Super Bowl parties.
And my friends thought my tuna and pickle pizza was strange...
@aotolife@xanga - Yep, that's exactly what I did. 4 ingredients: dough, sloppy joe, cheese and onion. Other stuff would have been good, like some green peppers, but that's all that is.
