  • Just Say "YES!": 15 Foods That Help You "O"



    And I'm back again with another racy food find.    Do I have something on my mind?

    Yes.  Your health. Obviously...

    I found a list of foods that help to increase both the chances and the intensity of orgasms.  This first group is rich in L-arginine, which is an amino acid found in proteins that helps increase the production of spermatozoa - those eeeeety bitty little things that help both men and women get, you know.  "Hard."

    1. Granola (depends on the type, of course - look for protein content)
    2.  Peanuts
    3. Cashews
    4. Walnuts
    5. Dairy
    6. Green Vegetables
    7. Root Vegetables
    8. Garlic
    9. Ginseng
    10. Soybeans
    11. Chickpeas
    12. Seeds

    This next group is good for the stimulation of nerve endings, and for increasing blood circulation (so...you see why that's good, right?).

    13. Chili Peppers
    14. Ginger

    This last one is good for vaginal lubrication, because it sticks to estrogen receptors (which serve the function of determining the amount of lubrication required by the vagina at any given time).

    15. Soy

    Aha....so THAT'S why every food geared at women contains the stuff.  Why didn't they just say so?
