Daily Q: What's Your Favorite Style of Pizza?
I have just come to realize that Neapolitan style pizza is by far my favorite style of pizza. I was excited to move to NYC because of the infamous 'New York Pizza'! I do love the pizza here and the typical New York style, but nothing beats Neapolitan style.
The crust is always a perfect consistency and it's even better if it's a little burnt. The sauce and the melty mozzarella cheese go so perfectly together especially when paired with basil. Mmm, I want a Neapolitan pie right now! My second favorite style is Greek and my least favorite would probably have to be Chicago deep dish, but honestly to be fair, I have never actually had authentic deep dish from Chicago.

I love Chicago Deep Dish!
Chicago deep/stuffed pizza! But I like neopolitan every once in a while.
This looks SUPER GOOD! I do not discriminate when it comes to pizza, haha.
margerita pizza with almost no cheese, real tomatoes, and huge basil leaves.
Pizza cooked in a wood fire oven that burns used coffins.
Really really thin crust with a lot of cheese and garlic!
Chicago deep dish is my second favorite - I lived in Chicago and have had the real deal. Many people tell you to go to Uno's or Giordano's, but don't if you want authentic Chicago pizza. Those two places are basically tourist attractions and their food is extremely overrated/overpriced (The original Uno's location is great, but all the others are terrible).
My favorite deep dish pizza is found at a small sports bar called Michael's, at Belle Plain and Broadway. NYC pizza is my first favorite, but it ties with Michael's deep dish.
Cici's macaroni pizza is my ultimate favorite! Because the sauce isn't marinara; I can never stand so much sauce.
Honestly...Chicago Deep Dish.
But I Recently Had Delissio Bruchetta Pizza...Omigosh It Was Amazing.
Thin crust with cheese, perhaps lots of cheese, I'll have to check it out!

I prefer a pizza with a thick crust. I like the crust chewy.
@badtimin@xanga - CiCi's is a pizza buffet where they make any pizza you want. They don't have this restaurant everywhere, but there are two in my town in Indiana. I can give you the restuarant website if you want to enter a zip code and see if it's located by you. good stuff.
